general

General sessions include small families (6 or under members), couples, newborns. These are up to an hour, 1-2 outfits, and location here in the DSM metro.

Maternity sessions are recommend to happen around 28-32 weeks. The clients are given access to my maternity client closet. Clients get 1-2 outfits and one location. These sessions are up to an hour or so.    

Booking both maternity and newborn sessions together, you get $50 off your package. Maternity sessions happen around 28-32 weeks of pregnancy and newborn sessions happen around 2-3 weeks of life or if you want more open eyes, one month is good too! 

Boudoir

Clients can choose from different session lengths and outfit options to fit their vision. Sessions take place in a local DSM studio and include a private online gallery with the option to purchase additional images. Hair and makeup can be included depending on the package.

RAW files are never given to the clients under any circumstance. These files are WAYYYYYY to big and honestly are just a base to the art and style that I produce as a part of my brand. You will thank me later, truthfully. 

I try to stay as up to date with weather as I can! IF there is bad weather coming or happening, I will always reach out to you via email or text to access the situation. I leave it in the hands of the client and what you think is best for your situation. Typically I try to call the final decision by the afternoon of the session date. I always have dates as a back up in case of reschedules too. 

I do not. I thrive off capturing natural and authentic beauty of my clients. I provide a comfortable and safe space to be able to be yourselves. I do remove any blemishes and bruises if needed, but I do not do any body altering of any kind or Photoshop. 

For my wedding clients, it usually takes me about 6-8 weeks to complete a gallery but in your contract it states 8-10 weeks to give a buffer in case of sickness or personal events that might arise but I try to get them sooner if time allows. For my portrait clients, it usually takes about 3-4 weeks to complete a gallery but in the contract it states 6-8 to also give a buffer as stated above, however, I try o get them to you sooner if time allows. 

I DO! I have plenty of different maternity/non-maternity gowns for clients to wear if they want to! I can send out a gallery link if you are interested in seeing them. I also provide robes and sweaters for my boudoir clients plus have some jacket and shawls in my closet as well. The sizes are usually xs-xxl but there are some mediums and larges available too. 

I LOVE GIVING OUT SNEAKS! I am always so excited to get to editing the amazing magic that we create at your session or event. I usually tell clients sneaks can take 48-72 hours but you will receive them via online gallery. There will be a mix of b&w and color but it will give you a taste of what to expect in the final gallery! 

I do travel! I typically create custom packages for those events that are need more travel however, I do also travel for sessions. Depending on the location, the client might be responsible for mileage coverage after so far. 

ABSOLUTELY! I love seeing my clients sharing their captured images. It definitely brightens my day! I just ask that you don’t edit the photo in any way (that includes additional filters, cropping (more than what insta does sometimes :P). I always just ask to tag @demilynnphotography so I can see and share the love! 

Yes, I sure do! My gear and equipment is all insured via my business insurance plus I also have liability insurance too. 

YAY! I can’t wait to work with you! Go to my contact form above and fill out as much information as possible so I can better assist you! I will then reach out within 24 business hours to chat more about what you are wanting for your session! We will find a date and location that suits your vision. Once your session is a week out, I send a reminder email to give all the fun deets. Then, it’s session time! Once it’s done, I back up your photos, edit some sneaks, then send them out! After the final gallery is delivered, I always ask if I can get a review but it’s not required! Just always nice to hear! Then I just hope to capture more for you in the future!
